Cancellations & No-Shows
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice or missing an appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of the full appointment amount.
Late Arrivals
Client Satisfaction & Refunds
Due to the nature of the service there are no refunds on any services rendered. Please contact us within 72 hours of our service date with any problems and/or concerns you have regarding your service and we will discuss a solution. We feel that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction.

What should I do before my hair wax removal appointment?

How long should I wait between wax treatments?
We recommended that the hair be between 1/8 to 1/4 inch for the best results. Each person will have a different rate of growth but typically the first few treatments are spaced 3-4 weeks apart to get the hairs on the same schedule. Subsequent treatments are then spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
